UK Deliveries

I aim to dispatch all orders within 2–3 working days of receiving payment.

Orders are posted via Royal Mail ‘Tracked 48’ service which has a two day delivery aim (not guaranteed).

You may request a safe place or a nominated neighbour in the comments box at checkout.

UK Bank Holidays are not classed as working days; please allow extra time.

Product content & representation

Every effort is made to ensure images and colours shown on product listings match as closely as possible to those of the actual products. However, due to technical limitations and different device settings, please appreciate that some variation may occur.

As all my products are individually handmade other general variations may occur, including but not limited to, variations in colour, ink coverage and pattern placement on hand-printed products. These elements constitute part of the character of each piece and as such are not considered defects.

If colour is crucial to your purchase please get in touch before ordering as I may be able to supply a small sample.

Payment

Payments are processed securely through Stripe, which accept most major debit and credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, Visa Delta, Solo, American Express, Maestro).

Returns & Refunds

I personally check all orders as they are dispatched to make sure they meet my quality standards, and as such hope you will be happy with your purchase.

If however you wish to return an item, please email shop@duncantattersall.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging with tags attached. You must take reasonable care to ensure they are packaged safely.

Refunds or exchanges will be issued once the returned item is received and checked.

Return postage costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival, in which case I will cover reasonable return costs.

Always obtain a certificate of posting as proof of return.

In accordance to the Distance Selling and Online Trading Regulations, bespoke, personalised, or commissioned items are exempt from returns unless faulty.
